Recipe Grab is an iPhone app that turns cooking videos, recipe pages, and photos of handwritten cards into structured recipes you can actually cook from. If something doesn’t work the way these pages promise, that is a bug — please tell us.
Inside the app
Report a problem
On any recipe, open the menu and tap Report a problem. The note travels straight to the developer with the recipe ID attached — no account, no ticket system, no form.

Email us
Write to contact@heylabs.co. Mention your iPhone model and iOS version, and paste the source link if a particular import broke. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.
Common questions
Eight of the questions we hear most are answered on the FAQ. Privacy specifics are in the Privacy Policy. Refunds, family sharing, and subscription changes go through Apple’s standard flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.
