What you need
- 4 small crusty white rolls, about 50 g / 2 oz each, pão francês style

- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- 2
Chop the garlic, sprinkle with the salt and mash it to a paste with the side of a knife.
- 3
Mix the garlic paste and parsley into the butter until evenly combined.
- 4
Cut each roll into slices about 1.5 cm (1/2 in) thick, stopping 1 cm (1/2 in) short of the bottom crust so the roll holds together.
- 5
Spread garlic butter between the slices and a thin layer over the top.
- 6
Wrap each roll in foil and set on a baking sheet.
- 7
Bake for 10-12 min, until the butter has melted and the bread is hot.
- 8
Open the foil and bake 3-5 min more, until the crust is crisp and golden at the edges.
- 9
Serve hot. To cook on a grill, set the wrapped rolls over medium heat for 10 min.
