- 100 g (1 cup) ice cubes
Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Peel the mango, slice the flesh off the stone and cut it into chunks. Set aside a few small cubes for the top.
- 2
Put the mango chunks, condensed milk, milk and ice into a blender.
- 3
Blend on low for a few seconds to break up the ice, then on high until completely smooth and thick, 30-60 seconds.
- 4
Taste and blend in a little more condensed milk if the mango is tart, or a splash more milk if it is too thick to pour.
- 5
Pour into two tall glasses, top with the reserved mango cubes and serve right away.
