Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Stir the beans with 1 tbsp of the taco seasoning until smooth. Spread them in an even layer over the base of a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 in) dish.
- 2
Mash the avocados with the lime juice, onion and salt until mostly smooth. Spread this guacamole over the beans right to the edges.
- 3
Stir the remaining taco seasoning into the sour cream and spread it gently over the guacamole with the back of a spoon.
- 4
Spoon the salsa over the sour cream in an even layer.
- 5
Scatter the cheddar over the salsa, then the tomatoes, olives and green onions.
- 6
Cover and chill for at least 30 min so the layers firm up.
- 7
Serve cold with tortilla chips, scooping down through all the layers.
