- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Flake the tuna into a bowl with a fork.
- 2
Add the mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice and dill and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 3
Butter every bread slice thinly on the outer face only.
- 4
Lay 2 slices buttered side down on a board. Pile the tuna mixture on top and cover with the cheddar.
- 5
Close with the remaining bread, buttered side up.
- 6
Set a large frying pan over medium-low heat and add the sandwiches.
- 7
Cook until the underside is crisp and deep golden, 3-4 min. Press down gently with a spatula once or twice.
- 8
Flip carefully and cook the second side until golden and the cheese has melted, 3-4 min.
- 9
Rest 1-2 min, then cut in half and serve hot.
