Restated from the original video
- 1
Spread the salt on a small saucer.
- 2
Rub the lime wedge around the top edge of a tall highball glass.
- 3
Dip the moistened rim into the salt and turn it so a thin band sticks all around.
- 4
Fill the glass to the top with ice.
- 5
Pour in the tequila and the lime juice.
- 6
Top up with the grapefruit soda.
- 7
Give it one or two slow stirs with a bar spoon so the bubbles survive.
