Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Keep the wine and juice in the refrigerator until the moment of serving. Warm ingredients foam over and go flat fast.
- 2
Strain the juice through a fine sieve to remove the pulp, which makes the drink fizz up.
- 3
Tilt a flute and pour in 75 ml (1/3 cup) of wine, filling it about halfway.
- 4
Top with 75 ml (1/3 cup) of juice, poured slowly down the side of the glass. Do not stir.
- 5
Notch an orange slice onto the rim of each glass. Repeat for the remaining three glasses and serve right away.
