- 60 ml (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil

- 1 clove garlic, very finely chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- fine salt, to taste
Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Rinse the prawns and pat them dry. With kitchen scissors, snip the shell along the back and lift out the dark vein, leaving the shell on.
- 2
Whisk the olive oil with the juice of 1 lemon, the garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 3
Heat a grill or a ridged grill pan over high heat until very hot, about 5 min.
- 4
Grill the prawns for 3 min on one side, turn and grill 3 min more. Large ones may need a minute extra. They are done when the shells turn bright pink and the flesh is opaque all the way through.
- 5
Move them to a platter and season with salt.
- 6
Brush the prawns with some of the dressing. Serve at once with the remaining dressing and the lemon wedges.
