What you need
- 250 g (1 cup) sour cream, full fat, about 20%

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Pull the dill fronds off the thick stems, then chop them finely.
- 2
Peel the garlic and crush it with a press, or grate it on the finest holes of a grater.
- 3
Put the sour cream in a bowl. Stir in the garlic, dill, salt and pepper until evenly mixed.
- 4
Taste and add more salt or garlic if you want a sharper sauce.
- 5
Cover and chill for 15 min so the garlic mellows and the dill flavors the cream.
- 6
Serve cold as a dip, or spoon it beside hot dishes.
