- 2
Toss the strawberries with the remaining 1 tbsp sugar and leave for 10 min to release their juice.
- 3
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until it holds soft peaks.
- 4
Peel the bananas and halve each one lengthwise.
- 5
Lay two banana halves along the sides of each long dish.
- 6
Place one scoop each of vanilla, chocolate ice cream and strawberry ice cream in a row between the banana halves.
- 7
Spoon the strawberries over the strawberry scoop, the pineapple over the vanilla scoop and the cocoa sauce over the chocolate ice cream.
- 8
Top each scoop with whipped cream, sprinkle with the walnuts and finish with the cherries. Serve at once.
