What you need
- 4 large flour tortillas, 25 cm (10 in)
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 300 g (10 oz) sliced deli turkey

- 2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground
Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Lay the bacon in a cold frying pan and set it over medium heat. Cook, turning now and then, until browned and crisp, 8-10 min.
- 2
Drain the bacon on paper towels.
- 3
Season the tomatoes with the salt and black pepper.
- 4
Warm each tortilla in a dry pan for 10 seconds per side so it folds without cracking.
- 5
Spread the mayo over each tortilla, leaving a 3 cm (1 in) border.
- 6
Scatter the lettuce over the lower half of each tortilla. Layer on the turkey (deli slices are already cooked through), then 2 bacon slices broken in half, then the tomatoes.
- 7
Fold the sides in over the filling, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
- 8
Cut each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve at once.
