Ca Phe Sua Da
Strong drip coffee sweetened with condensed milk and poured over ice, traditionally brewed one cup at a time through a small metal phin filter.

Where it comes from
Condensed milk stood in for fresh milk during French colonial rule, when dairy was scarce and hard to keep cold in Vietnam's climate, and the substitution became the standard way to drink coffee.
What cooks argue about
Drinkers argue over stirring the condensed milk in before the ice, which dilutes it evenly, or pouring coffee over ice first and letting the milk sink, to be stirred as you drink.
