What you need
- 120 g (4 oz) prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 120 g (4 oz) salami, thinly sliced
- 120 g (4 oz) pecorino, aged, in a wedge
- 120 g (4 oz) parmesan, in a chunk
- 120 g (4 oz) olives, mixed, drained
- 100 g (3.5 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 slice crusty bread, torn or sliced
- 2 sprigs rosemary, fresh, for garnish
Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Take the pecorino and parmesan out of the fridge 30 min before serving so they lose their chill.
- 2
Break the parmesan into rough shards with a short knife. Cut the pecorino into thin slices.
- 3
Fold each slice of salami in half, then in half again. Drape the prosciutto in loose ribbons.
- 4
Place the cheeses and meats on a large board in separate groups, leaving gaps between them.
- 5
Fill small bowls with the olives and artichoke hearts and set them on the board. Spoon the honey into a third bowl with a small spoon.
- 6
Tuck the bread into the remaining space and lay the rosemary along the edge. Serve right away.
