Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Sausage

What you need

• 2 piece potato
• salt
• 1 ml milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 piece sausage
• 100 g cheese

   Cook the potatoes in salted water for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the water.

   Incorporate milk and butter into the potatoes, then mash until a smooth consistency is achieved.

   Place the mashed potatoes into a baking dish that has been greased.

   Cut the sausages into circular pieces and press them lightly into the mashed potatoes. Distribute grated cheese over the surface.

   Cook in an oven preheated to 180 °C for around 25 minutes.
