- 30 ml (1 oz) gin
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Chill a flute in the freezer for a few minutes.
- 2
Put the gin, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice.
- 3
Shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels frosty, about 15 seconds.
- 4
Strain into the cold flute.
- 5
Top slowly with the Champagne so it does not foam over.
- 6
Pinch the twist over the glass so its scent sprays over the drink, then drop it in and serve.
