New Orleans Hurricane with Two Rums and Passion Fruit

What you need

• 60 ml (2 oz) white rum
• 60 ml (2 oz) dark rum
• 60 ml (2 oz) passion fruit juice, unsweetened
• 30 ml (1 oz) orange juice, fresh
• 30 ml (1 oz) lime juice, fresh
• 15 ml (1/2 oz) simple syrup
• 15 ml (1/2 oz) grenadine
• ice, for shaking and serving
• 1 slice orange, for garnish
• 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

   Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice.

   Add the white rum, dark rum, passion fruit juice, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and grenadine.

   Shake hard for 15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

   Fill a hurricane glass or tall glass with fresh ice and strain the drink over it.

   Garnish with the orange slice and cherry and serve at once.
