- 8 leaves fresh mint, plus a sprig to garnish
- 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges

Restated from the original video
- 1
Drop the mint leaves and the sugar into a tall glass.
- 2
Squeeze 2 of the lime wedges over them and drop the wedges in.
- 3
Press gently with a muddler 5-6 times, just enough to bruise the leaves and start dissolving the sugar.
- 4
Pour in the rum and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- 5
Fill the glass with ice and tuck in the remaining lime wedges.
- 6
Top up with the soda water, stir once and garnish with the mint sprig.
