8 ingredients
5 steps
What you need
- 12 small strawberries, hulled
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, cut into 12 chunks
- 250 g (9 oz) fresh pineapple, cut into 12 chunks
- 2 kiwis, peeled, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 seedless purple grapes
- 200 g (3/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Restated from the original video
- 1
Stir the yogurt, honey and vanilla together in a small bowl.
- 2
Wash and dry all the fruit before cutting. Make the pieces a similar size so they sit neatly on the skewers.
- 3
Thread one piece each of strawberry, mango, pineapple, kiwi and grape onto a 15-20 cm (6-8 in) wooden skewer, in that order. Repeat with the remaining skewers to make 12.
- 4
Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve with the dip. For small children, use blunt-ended skewers or trim off the sharp tips.
- 5
If making ahead, cover and chill the skewers for a few hours.
